These terms apply to your use of PianoBoss, a piano-learning web app provided by MITS SFL, Corp, Hollywood, Florida. By creating an account or using PianoBoss, you agree to them.
Use accurate information when you sign up, keep your password private, and use your account for yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
New accounts get 15 days of full access from the day they sign up. No card is needed for the trial. After it ends, the full lesson library needs a Pro subscription.
The lessons, sheet music, sounds and software in PianoBoss are for your personal learning. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute them, try to break into the service, or use it in a way that harms other users or our systems.
We work to keep PianoBoss running and improving, and we may add, change or remove features and lessons. PianoBoss is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, MITS SFL, Corp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using PianoBoss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
